I was diagnosed with sciatica and was advised by doctors they would ‘discuss’ the opportunity of physiotherapy to help with the pain in 6 weeks. I was bent over when I walked, couldn’t sit on a chair for longer than 5 minutes without the pain being too much and spent the majority of 4 weeks in agony on the floor. I’ve had two sessions with Julie and I actually feel like a 23 year old again! No pain at all! If you’re in pain or waiting to get in the doctors don’t bother, get booked in with Julie she is absolutely amazing and such a lovely woman.
